Week Three Goals: Wednesday

Pushups: 5 Sets of 25 Reps ea Situps: 5 Sets of 25 Reps ea Overhand Pullups: 4 Sets of 4 Reps ea Run: 2 Miles in 17 minutes Swim: 20 minutes (Swim #2 of 4)

Week Three Actual Workout: Wednesday

Pushups: 5 Sets of 25 Reps ea Situps: 5 Sets of 25 Reps ea Overhand Pullups: 2 Sets of 4 Reps ea Run: 2 miles in 18:17! Swim: 20 minutes (Swim #2 of 4)

Comments: I really hurt myself on my second set of pullups.  Shooting pain up both arms.  I took some Tylenol and was able to complete my workout a couple of hours later.  Decided to lay off the rest of the pullups, though.  The rest of the workout went off without a hitch.

I'm pretty excited about my run time.  the 17 minute mark is getting closer and closer!
